Fraternity and Sorority Mission

The Fraternity and Sorority community is dedicated to the personal and professional development of members through a wide range of activities and experiences. We are committed to promoting life-long involvement in individual organizations, as well as our collective community to positively impact the lives of both undergraduate and alumni members while building and maintaining a fraternity and sorority community worthy enough to serve the University and the people of Manhattan.

Chapter Consultant/National Officer Visits

We encourage each chapter leadership team to schedule a meeting with your visiting consultant or officer as soon as you know they are coming to K-State.  For most visits, you should budget one hour for the meeting.  Follow up visits during the same school year should take 30 minutes.

Chapter Events

The Fraternity and Sorority Life staff enjoys the opportunity to have dinner at chapter houses, but please also consider inviting us to philanthropies, special events, or milestone celebrations. We enjoy being able to bring our families to meet more of your chapter members and to see your mission in action.  It is our goal as a staff to attend at least one event of each chapter annually.  Please send us an invitation to the event you would like us to attend as early as possible, to ensure we have that time blocked off on our calendar.
